Five stars are not enough for Shane’s piano services. It is so obvious that not only does he know what he’s doing, but he really cares. He went above and beyond getting my new piano tuned and adjusted in ways I didn’t even know were possible to make it play like a dream. I learned more about piano mechanics in a few hours than I have in my life of playing. I appreciate the time Shane took to show me what he was doing and why, as well as the recommendations for future care.

Shane partially restored our 100-year-old grand piano in a few months, and I cannot tell you how enjoyable of a process it was! It was a piano that sat in my grandparent’s house that could never hold a tune and once Shane looked at it, he gave us the recommendation to go with a partial restoration. He explained everything he would do for it including new strings, hammers, dampeners, a pin board, etc. and said he rarely goes over budget (and he was right)!

We are SO thankful to have found Shane. We were gifted a grand piano in a home we purchased. We needed the piano moved out in order to do the remodel of the home. While he had it at his shop, we wanted it cleaned up on the inside, re-strung and any other work that needed to be done so it would be in great condition when we could actually move into the home. We have been very pleased with the work he has done.

Honesty is what I look for when choosing a technician and I found it with Shane!! Its nice to meet someone who is a natural at what they do and doing it for a living, Shane has a drive that shines. Very comfortable to be around, intelligent, and explained any and every detail I wanted to know. Very thorough and takes his time to get the job done right! Truly impressed, now I know why they call him the BEST!! Thank You Shane ;-)
