DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. First of all, I’ll say I don’t ever write reviews. It’s time consuming and I really don’t get much out of it except in this case I’m hoping i can save a few consumers from making the mistake I made by hiring this company. Like most people, I look up companies and read reviews and hire based on positive responses. I’m completely shocked that this company has so many great reviews. So many issues...I’ll list below, but first, I’ll set the scene.

I've moved a few times in the past, but this was by far the most effortless experience thanks to this excellent and professional mover! They arrived on time, carefully packaged everything, and disassembled my bed frame for me. The entire procedure was stress-free, and they handled my belongings as if it were their own. There are no hidden costs or headaches—only superb service. Highly recommended!

Overall, Simple Move Redmond was great to work with. The two movers that came were quick, efficient and very careful with all of our stuff. Price was very reasonable and we were happy with the results. There's a couple things they could work on. First, we were given a time frame of 2-6pm for the movers arrival. I didn't receive a call from them until about 5pm which is really pushing the time frame. It would've helped to get a more accurate arrival time earlier.
I was so nervous about moving states, but this company made it super easy! The team packed everything up perfectly, and my stuff arrived right on schedule—nothing damaged, which was my biggest fear. They kept me updated the whole time, which made the whole experience stress-free. Would 100% recommend it to anyone moving far!

This is a well organized moving company! The office staff, moving persons all were friendly, reliable, and doing great work. The confirmation email I received was impressive, it spelled out the moving process, rules and regulations in detail which I never seen before when I used other companies’ service. On the day the movers showed up on time with their happy faces, they understood the instructions well and worked through the moving process like a breeze.
