The rating breakdown
Google shows 17 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We contacted Simple Moves to help with our relocation from Vancouver to North Vancouver. Having not moved in nearly 14 years, we wanted to make sure it was done right. From requesting the initial quote (via Yelp) to the end of the move, the whole experience was amazing. Jani contacted me right away with a quote via phone. I had several follow-up questions, so I reached out by email and received a timely and thorough response to every enquiry.
Dear Brad, this is an amazing review - thank you for taking time to write feedback about your movers, Calen and Jeremy. We hope that you will enjoy your new home for a long time! If your friends and family are moving, please think of Simple Moves! Gratefully, SimpleMoves.ca ([phone removed]
I was extremely satisfied with Simple Moves and would be very confident in recommending them to friends and family. The guys showed up and worked efficiently, were fast, and took direction well regarding what was going and not going, and where things should go in the next location. They were polite, friendly, laid back, just had a great temperament and were extremely hard workers. My mother in law and I were present for all the loading and unloading and we were both very impressed with these guys.
Wow, Kimberly, such review great happiness! I'm thankful for your business and hope that you'll enjoy your freshly updated Vancouver apartment - movers that want to get the job done safely and efficiently are hard to find, so I'm happy that you're Happy! Enjoy!
I booked Simple Moves, Langley for my move. Calen, Jeremy and Justin arrived on time, a feat in itself considering Vancouver rush hour traffic! These three guys were so cheerful and friendly that I “almost” enjoyed moving. I was held up at the old place, and when I arrived at my new address they’d placed the furniture right where I would have! All in all a very good experience, and I will certainly recommend them! I do have one small suggestion.
Dear Coral, thank you for your positive review! Our Crew appreciates your business and wishes you the best in your new home. Also, thank you for your small suggestion - I know that your movers went above and beyond for you and were just happy that they could help you out with the unexpected and…
We had a very difficult move from an apartment in downtown Vancouver to our new home in Burnaby coupled with getting a mountain of furniture out of storage in Kamloops. Both moves were handled professionally and courteously by Jani and his team. Jani was able to calm my wife and deal with all of the logistics. This in itself was a miracle. Simple Moves was very cost effective and the payment process was very easy. I would highly recommend Simply Moves for any moving requirements.
Dear Warner and Claire, I am and will always be immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with both of you. Thank you for trusting Simple Moves with your beautiful, hand-made furniture, it really means all of us a lot.
