In their own words
Our movers, Hailey & Michael were top notch, friendly and prompt (they deserve more pay :). They communicated clearly and handled our cargo with utmost care. Our shipment had many fragile items and nothing was lost or damaged. Thanks for your professionalism and hard work guys!
The moving crew were on time. The furniture was wrapped and the glass table tops were wrapped. We were very pleased with the three Movers, Nic, Chris and Andy. They were efficient, pleasant and placed articles where we wanted them. We would highly recommend this crew.
I picked Simple Moves after getting quotes from several companies… and I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. It wasn’t just because they were one of the lowest quotes, it was because Brett was a pleasure to deal with from our first interaction! She is so lovely :) Working with her to facilitate all the logistics of my move from Langley to Nanaimo was a breeze! The movers themselves were also polite and efficient, and got the move completed without issue… and cost me less than expected.
I got the recommendation from my parents who also used them to move recently, and very glad I went with Simple Moves. I don't recall all the names of the people who helped, but overall it was a great experience- focused and hard working crew who did an especially impressive job fitting almost all of our stuff into one truckload, and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend them!
