The worst ever moving experience with Jay and Zack. I hired them to move my stuff from Vancouver to Edmonton, paid them the advance they asked for. They said they would send a 3ton truck to accommodate my 2 bedroom stuff but showed up with a 1ton U-Haul truck. Zack stopped attending my calls and Jay was extremely unprofessional with his behaviour towards me and my family when we started questioning why they showed up with a small truck and trying to push our furniture in there cramped.

July 2024. Not a good experience with this moving company when we hired them for a move from Vancoucer to Edmonton. Unprofessional and poor attitude. Realized our review last year was deleted.

I cannot recommend T&Z Moving enough. They have now moved me a couple of times, and every single experience has been exceptional. This last move especially meant a lot to me. They had a very busy moving schedule that morning, but Jay still took the time to come out himself with his truck to help me. As a single woman moving on my own, that level of support and kindness genuinely meant a lot. What stands out every time is how careful they are with my belongings.

I had an amazing experience with T&Z Moving from start to finish. Jay, Mike, and Percy were professional, friendly, hardworking, and took great care of all of my belongings throughout the entire move. Before getting started, they walked me through everything and were very upfront when they saw the move was larger than originally expected due to the number of boxes and items I had. I really appreciated their honesty and clear communication from the beginning, so there were no surprises.

I have hired Zach more than once to move my stuff. On the day of the big move, Kirby and his team arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled which was great! Kirby and other employees of T & Z emptied 2 storage units completely and tightly packed an entire truck without any space. When there were some additional loose items left, one of the team members offered to take some stuff in his SUV! The truck was tightly packed without wasting even an inch of space.
