This guy is a weirdo. Moved not even a block over and hired a mover thinking it would make the move even easier, it did not. He over complicated everything. Put all the furniture in first, boxes last. (Making unloading a nightmare) Taped things that didn't need to be taped (which left marks on half the items) and broke items. Also promised three movers but day of only brought one. So ended up paying 1500 for a move that we pretty much did ourselves.
Called and asked if I reached Vic’s moving company, was responded to with “ well you called the number didn’t you “ in an aggressive tone . Last kinda person I want to deal with all day moving my home - maybe time to learn some basic customer service. Have a big move and need my things stored for a few weeks, they lost out on a big bill because this guy was having a bad day
There was a misunderstanding, someone called said is this a moving Company? Well there is a Vic's Keys , Vic's trenching , so we asked are you phoning for moving , yes we are! Didn't mean to come across rude. Have a blessed day! Vic's The Moving Man
Called there to ask if they move pianos and the guy who picked up had an attitude and said "Well everybody moves pianos!" In the most winiest voice. I said well I already called a few places and they said they dont move pianos! Hes like "Oh well what day do you want?" I said well preferably today or tomorrow? Hes like oh no sorry cant do it! Nice guys but they took 5 hours ($700+) to move us 5 km down the road from a townhouse to a condo, and we had even sold most of our furniture. Vic taped the hell out of everything and took a bunch of calls from potential customers while the …
Not reliable. Vic did not tell us he cancelled our move until two days before the moving date, leaving us scrambling to find a different company.

Hired Vic's moving to help me move! It was fast, the workers and Vic were are very friendly, kept my items organized and provided wrapping, taping and coverage for glass etc. it was fast and I was really impressed with the care and help! Showed up on time and move just from one condo to another condo in Langley… Excellent service! … a great crew and they were very careful with everything. Disassembled the couch and the two beds and reassembled them. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Vic and his crew if you need to get moved.
