Allows trucks and trailers to park inside the gated area and leave there vehicles unattended all day leaving only one lane available had someone w/ 2 trucks moving an entire storage unit out. The back gate was locked blocked in for an hour. The lady at the desk refused to let me use her bathroom! Said it’s not open to the public and was RUDE. Use anywhere but here unless u want to be blocked inside w no bathroom for an hour
Rented unit online. Got there and unit is not climate controlled...outside daylight showing through at the floor. Also, renting online doesn't get you on their invoice system and you get late charges. The person that called me back fixed the issue but was extremely rude.
Made reservations through u haul over a month ago. Arrived with truck and there were not units. Owner did not seen to care, and was rude as well
