Broke a lot of our stuff. They like to disappear outside and milk the clock. One of the guys was so rude and couldn’t be bothered to exchange hello. They charged us $400 to dump a small load of trash after the move.They left with our moving truck keys. Had to wait 3 hours for them to bring them back. The rude guy couldn’t stop talking about how my partner had so many boxes but duh we’re moving so I don’t recommend them.

A friend of mine needed some help moving his bigger things he couldn't carry over to his new apartment building. He is disabled, so he was happy for the help and greatful. What made this a super shitty situation was your company broke most of his furniture, and didn't say anything. What's even worse was you guys breaking a glass shelf part of a entertainment center, and just leaving the glass in the middle of the hallway like you were expecting someone else to clean this up. Make it right.
Hey Shy. We have reached out to the customer’s mother, who booked this move, and did refund a significant amount of the job. There are a lot of details in this that are not making it to everyone through the game of telephone.
I just had a friend use your company and this friend of mine is disabled they broke a lot of his stuff and almost broke his dialysis machine and you guys literally charged him almost $500 for a one van move yeah I will never recommend this place to anybody

Dang, my wife and I have been truthfully humbled by great service that I feel may be hard to find in the moving industry.
