I cant say I would recommend this company. The movers came to me complaining they were tired & causing them to drop things ( luckily they were not breakable items) they seemed more interested in talkin to me then moving my stuff which costs me more bc time is money. When we got to the destination the mover asked me to take him to get sum water. I thought tht was very unprofessional & not my responsibility.
I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They loaded the trailer poorly and had no regard for my belongings and any damage they caused. When speaking with the owner he simply turned the blame on me and said “how does he know I didn’t rearrange the trailer afterwards”. He was unwilling to do anything about my belongings being damaged and was truly one of the least professional business owners I’ve encountered.
This customer is being unbelievably dishonest!, In a nutshell, he and/or his girlfriend guided and instructed the crew for the entire load. My crew simply did exactly what they were told.
If you can only afford an hours work. They will definitely take their time that 1 hour. Moving from one building to the building next door in the same complex. Prior to the move the owner stated "they should be able to move everything in that hour no problem" and when it came down to the actual move, they struggled like amateurs. We initially wanted the sectional and bedframe moved because they were the heaviest and with the owner hyping up his team like they're going to get it done no problem...
Ok, I just saw this review. This customer was hard to work with as her problem was that we actually did the job within the 1 hour minimum. I called her after the job and she complained the guys moved to slow which we never get complaints about but weirdly enough she was upset that we got the job…
I called and specifically stated that I have a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and was quoted $94 an hour. The movers showed up on time but to our SHOCK they showed up with a 12 foot trailer, the 2 guys moved as slow as molasses, took various cigarette breaks and worst of all I still had to call my friends to come and help us. We paid the money but are very disappointed as this made our move extremely stressful and we still had to pay our friends to help us!! Very Disappointed
I have no idea who you are "Susie", I have no booking for a Susie Santiago. Either you are confusing this company with another or somebody is leaving a vindictive review. If this is who I think it might be (Selena?), why didn't you use your real name in this review?

I have used Small Move Specialists twice this year. These movers are professional, on time, responsive and a good value. All furniture was wrapped, stacked, and packed very nicely as if it was there's. Arriving to my new home, the movers unpacked, unwrapped my belongings with care and placed it where I wanted it. Any questions I had was answered to my full satisfaction. I recommend Small Move Specialists every time a friend or person asks or mention moving.

Miracle workers! I need more stars!! I highly recommend Small Move Specialists. I had a scheduled mover back out at the last minute when I needed to move my senior sister from Apache Junction to Sierra Vista on a Sunday. This was a very stressful move for her, so the only option was to find a new mover that day. Small Move Specialists showed up for us quickly. The movers were professional and very kind. They took great care in wrapping her special items.
I just completed a move with this company, and it was a very positive experience. I needed a couch and 2 recliner chairs moved from Scottsdale to Chandler and then added a couple of small items... From the beginning until the end of the experience, I am so happy.. Darren (the owner) helped me with the reservation based on my needs, and his crew showed at my father's Scottsdale address with great communication...even my father was impressed... The crew then delivered to my place in Chandler in less than an hour...

I needed to move some very expensive antique wood furniture from my house to my storage. I had called last minute and Darryn was able to schedule a appointment with me that same day. Darryn was such a stand up guy and treated me and my family with respect. My furniture was neatly wrapped uped with plastic wrap and heavy moving blankets to prevent any scratches or damage.
