DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT COMPANY!!! We came to our storage unit to retrieve our belongings and the battery is dead on the unit lock. We cannot access our belongings. The help desk could not get a hold of the property manager - they would not answer the phone over a one hour span when help desk tried to reach them. The key inside the lock box is missing - is my stuff still in my unit??? Who has that master key???
