Requested refund. First, Jaion stated he was having a dispute with his Zelle account which has NOTHING to do with me. Gave him CashApp. He stated he would send refund, but still has not refunded any money. This is not only poor customer service but it's disrespectful.

The movers did a decent job i.e. didn't break anything and fit everything on the truck, but they were a little slow. My boyfriend and I had to work for a few hours (we hired them to work for 4 hours to move our stuff from a two-bedroom apartment just 40 minutes away) after they left. We reserved an elevator to help with the move so the movers didnt need to use the stairs or wait for people on other floors.

They showed up on time and moved everything carefully and efficiently! Despite accidentally booking for the wrong day, they last minute adjusted and accommodated for us. Fantastic movers!! (Move date 5/31)
I highly recommend Smoove Moves, they helped lessen the stress of a particularly stressful move with many last minute changes. The movers themselves worked very hard and effectively, adjusting quickly and accordingly to a very untimely broken service elevator. Although we had to extend the job due to this broken elevator, the company and movers were very professional, fair, and flexible to help ensure that the job got finished.
SmooveMoves was a pleasure to work with on my local DMV move from DC to VA. Setting up the move was extremely easy and transparent, walking me through price and expectations. Day of move communication was clear and professional as to when they’d show and the hard work ethic the guys put in. And post move communication and payment was clear and easy. I’ll definitely use this company again and would recommend them.
