We used Southbound movers for our move back in March this year. I wanted to wait for our minimal insurance claim check to clear for our damages. Hence the wait to review. Jason spoke to my husband and reassured him all would be handled professionally and not to be concerned. He called with a date and time for the crew of 3 guys to show up to our home early morning. Our move was not long distance, only 7 minutes distance at the most. We sold our home and was moving to a temporary rental.

I post a legit honest review if my experience with Southbound Movers. I’m not out to spam out any business with a fake review! My experience happened on March 20, 2021 Mr Owner of Southbound Movers. Excuse me but I used a pronoun when referring to your dispatcher who happened to be working that day but all happened the way it happened. My name wouldn’t be listed sir because the job was booked by my husband Jorge, that’s the name it’s under. And as for the claim, that was done also through your insurance company.
Terrible company things where broken missing boxes I would never recommend them and they made difficult to collect damages I just gave up which probably what they wanted and I paid alot of money I could go on and on but just makes me sick to think about it
Why do people have the audacity to come on to a page they never had business with? I never done business with a “Sylvia Rawlins”…. I’m sorry for your mishaps but you perhaps have south bound moving LLC mixed up with a different company.

This is my second time using South Bound for our moving needs and they are awesome. Great communication, fair pricing, honest, hard working, reliable movers. Jason and crew went above and beyond and were so careful with our items. Don’t even look at other options South Bound movers are the best.
Can not recommend South Bound enough! Jason and Matt were fantastic and got the most out of our PODS 16 foot container. They were on time, hard working and incredibly knowledgeable about how to pack the pod to take advantage of all the usable space. When we needed to extend by one hour, they were happy to stay and finish the job properly.

Great guys, we hired Jason and 2 more guys on his team to help unload our moving truck into a storage unit. I was concerned that we would not be able to get everything in the storage unit, they stacked high and tight, did an excellent job getting everything to fit somewhat to our amazement. They showed up on time, worked the whole time and did a great job.Very good texting clear and concise communication. We will be hiring them again!
My experience with this moving company was excellent. They moved me September 2024. I happen to be in the hospital during this time unexpectedly and they were very helpful to work with my family and to pack everything into my pod professionally and quickly. Very Honest and good people. Thank you so much!
