Sadly, I was very hopeful after all the reviews and we had an awful experience with square cow movers. Starting with the call to book then where I explained over and over the amount of stuff we had and I was assured they could do it in six hours with one team. 12 hours later, they lost one box, broke two shelves, broke a large custom frame, dropped a box of collectible mint comic books, made us wait months for the check to cover these items and sent us a pitiful amount that didn't even cover one of the items much…
Do not use this moving company. They are very expensive charge by the hour and there people cant get the job done in a Timely manner. The crew was out of breath taking so many breaks even took a lunch break. On top of all that were very unprofessional did not use dollies straps. Broke my washer legs and some of my decor dented my furniture. I have been calling for a month now and they’re quick to say yes ma’am to everything with no action.
My experience with Square Cow was unfortunately second hand and because of there movers lack to communicating issues back to their bosses. My rent house, in which they moved my renter and disconnected the washing machine. Once the water was turned back on the broken pipe at washing machine box flooded my home. Causing major damage. Square Cow refused to accept responsibility. Even though my insurance covered all the damage under my policy, Square Cow would not even cover my deductible.

I moved in 2023, I had ordered 3 guys to move but one guy left. The move took about 3 hr. I was quoted $70 or so an hr that would have been about $500 to $ 600 I paid $1500 for a one bed apartment. I will never use them again I got ripped off.

The two guys that came and helped move all of my items into our moving container were GREAT. They were extremely polite and efficient with their time. They did their best to fit everything in a strategic and protective way so that my furniture and personal items were not damaged. They were happy to help with any task I asked in regards to the move such as dissembling the furniture and wrapping it for protection. I would most certainly hire them again. Moved bed with frame, night tables, dresser, armoire, bookshelves and several boxes of kitchen supplies. The team was punctual and very courteous and professional. They were great at fitting everything neatly and carefully in the storage unit and finished in record time. Excellent service!

We had a great experience with Square Cow Movers! The team was polite, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the entire move. We were especially impressed with how they managed to get some of our very heavy furniture upstairs without damaging the furniture or our walls—and without injuring themselves in the process! Everything was handled carefully and efficiently. We really appreciated their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.
