Dear Stallion Movers I was very surprised by the content and tone of your last email. As you cited contract paragraphs supposedly absolving you of responsibility, let me cite this paragraph from your website: "We are professional, highly trained, and we care deeply for our clients. We are compassionate, understanding, and we're equipped to handle even the most complicated situations.
We are also very surprised by your demanding nature and abusive tones. Our technicians did the best they could and got your job done in excellent fashion considering the weather and having to deal with confrontation.
I book this company using UHAUL moving services ,after providing 3 times the info of the moving ,they call me 24 hours before ,that they dont service that area LOL ,3 TIMES i input the details with UHAUL truck ,rental storage ,only loading and then they took 24 hours to relaize that they dont cover that area ,horrible service from UHAUL offering a service not accurate on their portal and also STALLION that should work with UHAUL to provide accurate information .
Hi Julio, We are sorry to hear of your negative experience. Unfortunately you must have found the wrong Stallion, as we operate in Canada only, and ARE NOT available on uhaul or movinghelp.com (their 3rd party moving services).
Had used before, but their prices are unrealistic now. My partner handles the booking, which is why they don't have my name on file. Also, the reply to my original post is really negative and kinda shows why you shouldn't use this company.

Stallion Movers helped me move my mother from an apartment into a retirement residence. Amanda at Stallion Movers organized the move on very short notice. The movers were on time, polite and careful. The up-front effort to provide accurate information for the quoting process paid off with a final bill that matched the quote exactly. Their process is very good if you read and follow their instructions!

We contract Stallion Movers to move my parents into a retirement. Both the office staff and the moving crew were very professional and responsive to questions. The move itself went smoothly, quick and without incident. We would definitely recommend Stallion Movers to others, seniors or otherwise.

Update 7/6/2021: After receiving a reply from Amanda at Stallion and having my bill adjusted I'm revising my review...as indicated the people are top notch and it's great to see a company take reviews to heart and try to make things right with their customers. Again, the few issues aside I highly recommend Stallion movers and would use them again if needed. This is a difficult review to write. If I could rate Stallion Movers simply on the people themselves it would be a 5 star review.

I booked Stallion Movers after seeing all of their excellent reviews. I was extremely happy with their service so booked them again! We had a few tricky moves with multiple pick-up and drop off locations. We were delighted by the responsible movers each time. They treated our items with great care and were lovely to interact with. We also added extra items to the second move without letting Stallion know!
