DO NOT RENT HERE. Expensive units along with a manager who will follow you around your unit, park, and wait until you are done at your unit. If you want to get stalked, have rude interactions with the front desk, and have sneaky fees, be Staxx guests but you'll be moving out within months of renting here. They will harass you and watch your every move.

Experience wise, it was like any storage unit. But if you plan on moving out of your unit, make sure you do it before paying the month rent and during the first 10 days of the month. That’s what I was told after asking if I get the amount of not using it and they said no. I paid for a month rent, only to be told they don’t pro rate anymore and never mentioned that to me. Even tho a few months before my confirmed move someone there said I will get it back. So I paid almost $200 for only 13 days….

So I've been anticipating another price increase which I received today. It's going from $266 to $288 effective July 1, 2021. That would be bad enough, but after checking my records, I noticed that the last increase was effective November 1, 2020. One would expect annual increases for this sort of business, but increasing the rent after eight months is pure price gouging.

They sold my stuff at auction !! All of us going though hard times effected from covid !!! It was everything I owned !! Very depressing they wouldn't work with me !! So confused how people can be !! I been for long time maybe 20 plus years and very nice place clean and dissent price. Now I left with the company and Todd did a great job and his coworker in late February. Always a thanks from them.

The manager is nice knows what he's doing and prices are one of the best in town there's no rifraft hanging out and place is clean also gates open till 10pm
