One of the worst experiences that I have ever dealt with from a moving company. Horrible communication with customers and especially their own drivers. No showed me at a scheduled appointment. When rescheduled 4 days later, they didn’t have the correct supplies to unload the equipment that I ordered, so they had to go back to the warehouse. Their customer service does not care at all when they drop the ball.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Damaged almost every piece of my good furniture! Hid all the damage, but took my money! It looks like they dropped some of my furniture down a flight of stairs. Even hit and damaged my new kitchen cabinets! Worst movers! Don’t use them and don’t believe their bogus insurance!
I went here don’t go they trick you into working here without telling you the payment system and try to pay you blind and when I finally got to see my payments I notice she docked me 100 miles wouldn’t work here they told me assigned tractors 2 months later nothing there not people of the word and just sneaky RUN if I were you

Absolutely incredible experience with Sterling Movers! From the very beginning, Kevin in sales set the tone for a smooth and stress-free move. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and was extremely responsive over email. It made the planning and packing so much easier so I was less anxious going into moving day. The moving crew was amazing - Tim, Josh, Kl-Otoniel, Brandon, Mark, Wayne, and Jordan showed up energized and ready to go.
My company used Sterling through a third-party vendor to pack and move laboratory equipment. Marcus and his team were prompt, incredibly organized, professional and friendly. We already planned to use Sterling for our upcoming move, and cannot recommend their services enough.
My move, from FL to NY, was on the lighter side but was still treated with great care abd diligence. My driver was Natt Carbonneau. He was great on all fronts...keeping in touch with regular updates, flexibly coordinating on delivery date and time, and smooth, careful, attentive, and efficient delivery. Very satisfied, and highly recommend Sterling and especially Matt.
I can't say enough about how great Joe Clermont and his team were for our move. They were timely, professional, hard working and got everything done in a very efficient way. Everyone was very friendly and they went above and beyond with helping us move from NJ to VT. We would highly recommend them for your move.
