In their own words
We recently had the pleasure of hiring Jordan Lyle to tune our recently inherited piano, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Scheduling online through his website was a breeze, and it was incredibly user-friendly. Jordan Lyle was very responsive and accommodating, making it convenient for us to find a time that worked well for our busy family. On the day of the appointment, Jordan Lyle arrived right on time, and his professionalism was evident from the start.
Jordan was highly recommended by my previous piano tuner, who recently moved out of state. Jordan showed up promptly at appointment time. I was nit in need of a piano tuning. However, I was in need of having my sustain pedal assembly fixed. I have a very old upright grand piano, and the sustain pedal assembly was causing the pedal to rub against the piano casing. This rubbing made a lot of noise, and made pushing down the pedal harder to do and was very distracting.
Found Sterling Piano Services through a recommendation on NextDoor. Glad I did. The experience of getting my baby grand cleaned and tuned was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling through the online portal was convenient and efficient. Jordan Lyle was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He really took his time (five hours) to make sure the job was done right.
Jordan provided stellar service for a great value. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable…. Highest recommendation!
