Their promotions are fake they don't emphasize that it will change on a month to month basis and when I turned in the home insurance to take off the extra charge they do for insurance that same mo th they increased the price from the promotional $70-$80 all the way to $100. Also poor unprofessional customer service.
Terrible customer service. Everytime I need to make a payment, there is no one to take the call to answer the phone. And when I try to make the payment online, the website doesn't allow me to.
This place isn’t the best out of what I’ve seen and very sketchy, the policy was very confusing and just overall isn’t a good place to use
