Was unloaded quick, but was waiting over an hour for a signature was told to wait then when confronting the forklift driver, he just laughed about it and said he forgot very unprofessional
They do not care about the drives SAFETY, comfort, or wellbeing. Please be aware of the bumpy unsafe truck. I drove that truck for 4 hours my right leg became swollen! They didn't care. They told me I had a commitment to deliver that load and the next load. The bumpy truck is so NOT SAFE for Anyone to drive.!! There's no weight on it! Very, very, very, very, UNSAFE to drive.I couldn't drive anymore I would have not made it. I had to fly MYSELF home immediately. They took money back. My SAFETY comes first!
The store does not have prices, went to paid and for two water's and a walnut bread, wa 13 dollars, so I ask the cashier for the recipe and the two waters were 3 each small size and the bread 5.99 , I normally get the same waters and bread for less than 7 all. The owner is from middle east. I returned all.
This place is dangerous for unloading traffic ... The manager does not care at all ... The driver must unload himself on the street without anyone's help ... At the risk of my life and reputation of the company I had to unload myself...
Just come pickup your load and leave. No showers no washers and dryers drink machines stay empty. Building close at night when it should be open 24/7. No TV so you can check the weather before leaving also No ice for the drivers.

From the time Lyft dropped me off at the guard shack to the time I drove off with my assigned truck was 30 min tops, quick and friendly operation from what I can tell, at least for me away.
Pretty nice spot. They're pretty smooth about getting you out the door with your paperwork and on the road. It sucks at times if your load is at the very back of the lot and have to walk over a mile to get there and have to walk back to the office to check out, then walk back to the truck. But exercise is good for your health, so I hear.
Truck movers is a great place. They are very organized when you come to pick up your unit, and most of the time, the unit has fuel in it. They will not help you find your unit just give you an idea of where it will be.
Helpful and good attitude on the reloading process. As a regular customer we go here a lot. Each time we get in and out as quickly as possible but it is a first come first serve place so it's best to get there ASAP.
