The older lady at the front desk is disgustingly rude. She made snarky comments the entire time, was incredibly nosey & treated us like we were dumb. When asking her the price of a unit she replied, “you act like I should know the prices”. This business should be ashamed to employ someone who represents them so poorly.
If you plan to store your belongings long-term, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The staff was great when we first moved in, but when we came back to pick up our things, we found mouse droppings in every single box and thousands of dead grasshoppers inside the unit. Our belongings were stored in an outdoor unit, so that may have contributed—but the level of infestation was unacceptable.

Nice people with okay prices. The Facility is always immaculately clean and I feel like my stuff is in good hands. The free truck was pretty cool to when it came to moving things in.
Best place to get a storage unit. Ownership is amazing, space is wonderfully clean and you have access whenever you need it
