I absolutely would not recommend this facility. After a robbery in the Chula Vista location, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and hung up on my relative -- who had precious items stolen from the unit he was renting. They are not keeping items safe. There is no security on site, the lighting is poor, and the staff are unprofessional. I advise everyone to go elsewhere to keep your belongings stored. This is uncalled for.

Honestly I used to love this Storage Unit. So much has changed. Between the crazy raise in prices to when emergencies happen they don't accommodate. Your family in the hospital? Don't worry they will add a 35$ late fee and another 3 days later. Definitely look else where. I am sure others are way more accommodating . Sad part is I've been here for over 5 yrs and NEVER been late 😪 yet mother's day weekend and my son's in the hospital but they don't "care". Pure sadness.

I’ve had this storage awhile now which will be coming to an end shortly. I have found some place way cheaper around the same size I have now. The last couple of years they tend to go up EVERY year with only a two week notice. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this storage facility. There is a lot of choices so make sure you do your research before choosing this facility.

Horrible customer service from a person, supposedly the manager, named Paul (that's what he said his name was...) They are absolute crooks... I got collectibles stolen from my unit. There are rats, roaches and the wood is termite infested. Suspicious looking people hang-out in the units after hours. Not recommended at all.

This was by far the best experience I've had in renting anything, in this case a storage unit. I found their awesome promos online, had some questions so I decided to call, Paul picked up answered all my questions and was super friendly. I then booked my unit online easily, got their 2 month promo, got my lease via email and thought I was done. But Paul went out of his way to call me back and say he changed our unit so we'd be closer to the lift!! Honestly great experience!
