They hike up the rent too often. Also, too expensive for a small storage unit. Also, locks are 'stolen.' My storage unit was broken into. No cameras. No security. I promptly removed my things and canceled it.
Horrible place, they’re site was down and couldn’t make the payment, so conveniently it started working on Monday after due date and got charged and extra $20. Called and told them what was going on and they said they couldn’t do anything. I explained it was not my fault as and then she said it was because I could have called to make over the phone payment. Yes but as due to that I work in law enforcement and work night i don’t have the time.
Instead of helping out (in any way or form)with the current situation with Covid19 only email was do not come in and pay in person, but qwk to give a late charge with no problem, constantly having problems with the online. I'm sure doesn't happen with everyone just speaking from my own experience.
This place needs to be punctual when it comes to their business hours..i have come to make payments n it's always closed even when they're supposed to be back from lunch..it makes customers waste valuable time
