In their own words
Extremely rude staff. Since the take over they refused to let me pay on the 14th of each month causing me to lose my discount and adding a late fee. I paid them $370 for a month and 14 days for a storage unit that costs $110. They also charged me a lock cut fee of $75 and never cut the lock off and they refuse to refund it. I told them I would be out of the storage unit by the 30th. Then I get a call for Mia who told me I needed to come down and sign papers stating that I abandoned the unit.

I have had storage units all over the US. I work on the road building this world for power, and when I am able to move its usually last minute planning and making it happen quick. This fagit group makes you give 16 day notice before the beginning of the month or they charge the whole price. They are a bunch of rainbow riding unicorn queers and I will never use a storage Mart again. Horrible service. Over priced, and obviously broke, cause i've never been able just to move out of a storage and not get prorated.

It is professional to allow your customers who pay money to store their belongings there to be able to check security footage if their things are stolen. When you don't, it makes you look like a scam organization who steals from your customers. Honestly, I hope more people see the shady actions of certain discrepancies. That way you either learn how to run a respectable business or you are stopped from scamming people.
This place is an absolute SCAM. When you first sign up the rates sound great. They even offer you $30 off per month for setting up autopay. DONT FALL FOR IT! Exactly 3 months after signing up the rates go up and wouldn’t you know it, they go up by $30. Weird. So that incentive is gone. 3 months later they go up again. And 3 months after that. Oh and guess what, they just went up again! I started paying $130 a month and now my monthly bill is $225.

Except you’re rent to go up after a couple months by $30. They do this because they think you will not move out because you’ve moved all your stuff in and moving it such a hassle. I moved out because I don’t play those games. Move my stuff over to Riverside storage where they don’t play those games.
