Storage Unit Theft: A Free-for-All, No Accountability! If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I’d give StorageMart on 53rd. Save yourself the hassle—just throw your stuff in a dumpster. At least then you won’t be paying for nonexistent security while thieves and rodents have their way with your belongings. Within a month of storing my life here during an emergency, my unit was burglarized. The lock was cut, my electronics stolen, and the facility didn’t even bother to notify me.

Definitely agree with other reviews AVOID this place pay more for better service. Imagine being the manager and being called out on how rude uou are to your customers! We will be cleaning out both units and going elsewhere!!

Beware of this location, terrible management and they will rise your rent without notice. Also they add insurance without your agreement and than say that you can’t reimburse it, as well as if you don’t move out few days in advance of your due Tate they will change you for the entire month with no prorated charge.

This place is absolutely infested with mice, the people up at the front refused to set out any poison or traps. I alone caught 10 mice and there was no end in sight. We decided to change storage units. Overall a terrible experience with terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Charging someone a late fee when your website domt take payments in ridiculous. I set everything up online wasnt even aware there was an office being again everything was done online and never spoke to a person. Definitely dont recommend this place
