This was the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I moved from out of state and paid for the storage unit for almost 4 months once startedoving stuff out my storage little bit at a time I noticed something wasn't right my stuff was molded and then I noticed mice all threw my stuff I noticed the company.. THEY MADE IT OUT TO BE MY FAULT (ASSISTANT MANAGER SAID I HAD FOOD IN MY STORAGE AND THE INSURANCE WOULD NOT PAY FOR IT) MADE ME BELIEVE That extra money for the coverage wouldn't except my claim.

UNITS FLOOD. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. RATES INCREASE WITH ONLY 15 Day NOTICE. AND WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN IF YOU NEVER HAD AUTOPAY. My family rented two storage units from storage mart. We began renting units on September 1st 2024. On November 15 I received a letter in the mil saying beginning December 1st my rate would go up $20 per unit. In December I stopped by the storage units to retrieve something around 9:30pm and upon entering my unit it was flooded.

Zero stars. Scammers. Prices instantly increase and no matter how much notice you give they will charge you for a full month after u empty and clean out your unit, and will lie to you and say it will be refunded. Worst storage in the quad cities

Called at 11:55 am 8/18 and informed them that I was moving out of my unit. They charged me $119.12 on 9/1 for a unit that I told them I no longer needed. They refunded me $84.73. So they’re trying to charge me $34.39 for their mistake? I …

This place will literally charge you more money every few months raising your bill when I first got my unit it was 120 a month they raised it to 189 eventually this place is a scam...

Horrible customer service autopay didn’t go through and I never received a call and only received emails when I say no email communication only call or text.

Very clean. I would have one complaint. The front parking lot is very dirty and muddy. It had rained the day I came over and there was a lot of dirt and mud. Looks like the front areas are sloughing off onto the driveway. Otherwise very nice place and very nice guy at the front desk.
