On July 10 just before 7am, I entered the location at 13111 Marilyn Road - Fishers IN. This gate had been previously broken for several months even chained open, the regional manager knew it was not operating correctly per Alec the office manager was told to operate the gate anyways. Upon entering, the gate opens maybe 75% and comes to a complete stop after clearing my truck. My trailer then strikesthe un-open gate, causing 2,000$ in damages to my trailer.

Been a tenant here for over 2 years. We have 2 large units here. We frequently have door issues and they were typically pretty good about repairing the doors quickly. Our newest unit's door became stuck closed on Thursday afternoon. We quickly notified customer service that afternoon and they were "working" on getting someone out there. I called first thing on Friday morning as we needed the vehicle and contents inside for several jobs that day. They were still "working" on it.

Since the first day first my code didn’t work. 2nd thing is they don’t answer the phone. Seems like the place is ran by children. Then I’m supposed to get one months full rent free.. got charged the full amount and extra.. walked in and by chance someone was at the office. Said they refunded me.. only refunded $84, didn’t know I have to be so specific to ask for the full amount. Place is ran by children. No senses of courtesy or respect for people’s time, and even worse their money. Place is a joke.

They allow people to run shady businesses out of their units. Stay away as I wouldn't trust your items with shady people in the office and renting a unit under $300 a month and making minimum $150 a car and if you purchase through Groupon they steal your money. Stay away from SOS Storage and Triple R Detailing.

We love this facility! Second year in a row we have used it to store our troop’s cookies during cookie season. Moving in and out is a breeze. Location is easy to get to, close to HTC and east Fishers. Front office staff are courteous and very helpful. Units all have rolling carts at the doorway which makes access super simple. Will definitely use them again next year!!
