Google Review Draft: I recently had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Ray, the regional manager, at this location. I was sitting in my car at 4:57 PM I was on a very important phone call when Ray approached my vehicle and rudely informed me they were “getting ready to close.” He said that if I wanted their help, I needed to come in right now. His tone was harsh and unwelcoming, as if I was an inconvenience. When I entered the office, Ray continued to be short and dismissive with me.

I strongly recommend anyone considering storage do not rent from Storage Mart. I have items stored here for 4 years now and in that time this property has been sold 2 times. Each time a new owner comes in that results in a significant increase in your monthly rate of which the onsite management team can not do anything about. My monthly rate has more than doubled from when I first moved item in until now.

Nice selection, competitive price, great service made this an easy decision. Then 2 months later, the doubled the rent. They wait till you move all your stuff over and get it settled, then they raise the price after the manager promised they wouldn’t. When I confronted the manager, they said they had no control over pricing. Well why did they say there would be no price increases. The previous storage facility did that to me also. Buyer beware.

My invoice on my unit went up without any notification. I also was charged $24.97 for value added coverage which they claim is not insurance its a value added protection. I have coverage with my present insurance provider. The person that answered the phone would not allow me to talk with the Manger named James. I guess they prefer a terrible review.

Had a really good experience at this storage unit compared to others I’ve owned in the past. Easy and simple set up and when I transferred to a smaller unit they made the process just a minute or so long before I had a new unit number. The staff has also always been polite and helpful when I had questions or needed something.

Friendly, kind, answered all questions, showed me how to use lock, passcode to get in gate, their office is open, dont have to deal with answering machines and leave msges. In hopes that a person will return call.

The manager Alec was nice. He showed me some units on the second floor. I was pleased that there was an elevator I could use because I did not want a unit upstairs if I had to climb up there.
