I have been renting a 7x10 unit for about 18mos. The rate just kept increasing with little warning and i was up to $202/mo...crazy. I also have another unit 5x8, same thing with increases and up to $98, so paying $300/mo. I decided to sell some of the furniture and combine the units and asked what options were. I now have another 7x10 unit exactly pike the one I was in and the new rate is $79/mo!

After four+ years....(and three 10+% increases in rent) I have to say that Storage Pro is one of the most egregious predatory corporations I have ever done business with. They have cut staff (and have mowed through multiple sets of management at this location) yet somehow...their "costs of doing business keeps rising"....at least that's the pathetic excuse they use to justify raising the rent over and over and over again...like its beach front property in Miami or something.

Not bad for what you get but the customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't update info when you request it and then expect you to remember every detail of a lease signed years ago even when you ask specifically what it takes to close the account and aren't told. No leniency no respect given. I was treated like I did something criminal and not helped at all. I DO NOT recommend using this facility. They also changed my rent multiple times with no notice and nearly doubled it 6 months after raising it.

Understand that once you are in, they randomly and regularly implement rate hikes multiple times per year, with only the same note each time that "costs are rising." I would seriously consider going elsewhere with more transparent pricing …

I have used storage pro for over 7 years. The property managers are super friendly, helpful and responsive to requests and issues. The facility was immaculate and I never had a concern for my property’s safety. If you’re looking for a great storage facility, I highly recommend StoragePro!

If you need fast, efficient day off storage needs do not look another way. From start to finish 8min. I wasn’t even out of the Starbucks line! Scott H is the most kind and knowledgeable associate. Wow! 55 stars!

i've been renting here for over a year and i'm appreciative of the clean facility and the helpful staff. they're able to help with all my questions and requests. sadly prices have gone up with everything else in the state, but no complaints. i had forgotten the key for my lock and they were able to drill the lock and give me a new one in under 10 minutes. thanks!

Storage Pro is a great storage facility. Very clean, friendly, helpful staff. I was looking for indoor, climate controlled storage and Storage Pro checked all the boxes. I’m moving far or would still be using this facility.
