Be very Leary under new ownership. My vehicle and boat has been tampered with many times. Vandalism and side mirrors stolen from vehicle. The latest damage 4200.00. Very unhelpful place
I rented three 10 x 20 units at this facility for several months. Over a month ago the door latches on one of my units failed to operate consistently. The "handyman" took about three weeks to determine that he could not fix it. I was given no other option other than to purchase insurance. No offer of a different unit, let alone a rebate for the inconvenience of having to move to another unit. I have two remaining units that will be cleared out this weekend.
This storage location is a joke. Rented a space with the understanding that I will be rotating my RV and SUV daily while my utility trailer stays there most of the time. Parked utility trailer and have been locked out of Access ever since. Manager now refuses to allow my RV on to property, ever. I can access my utility trailer on foot only when manager is on site. I guess this place thinks that they can swindle its customers with dishonest bait and switch tactics.

This facility is aweful. They told me they had an open unit and reserved the unit. When I arrived with a truck full of stuff to store they told me they were full. Terribly managed facility.
I've stored a boat here for two years with incremental raises. Next month they raise the rent 25%!! IM OUTTA HERE!! Too expensive!
After I need space online went to business and was told they didn't know who I was and I wasn't on the computer anywhere

Upstage Productions has had a long tenure with Store Local as our storage home for Mobile Stage has not changed in 15 years. The atmosphere has always been clean and friendly and customer satisfaction based. Cynder has always made sure all of the accommodations we've needed have been met in a cheerful and timely manner. I have also had a personal storage unit with them before. That was a pleasant experience as well. I would highly recommend Store Local for your storage or large parking space needs.

The service at StoreLocal is excellent, prices very reasonable, and the manager Cynder always makes me feel welcome and is willing to work with me to meet my needs. I've had an RV space for five years and now also closed storage for the better part of a year. Having rollup doors on both sides of the closed storage unit makes it work very well for me.
