In their own words
Extremely communicative and friendly staff clean facility with exceptional safety measures
Love🤎, love🤎, love🤎 this place!!!! We used Store House Storage because they were located right up the street from my neighborhood. Plus, my mom was concerned for items we didn't want to be exposed to extreme temp, so the climate control was PERFECT!!! TIFFANY TAYLOR worked with my mom and me the first day. She was great! Anyone that makes my mom happy always earn brownie points! JENNIFER BOLTING helped me, my sister, and brother move out of 1 of 2 units we had EFFORTLESSLY!!! She was also great!
I have had my unit for almost 2yrs and I have enjoyed the location and the customer service. The ladies were always nice and very professional every time we spoke if it was on the phone or at the location that is something that is rare with a lot of business in this area. The price of the storage unit fit my pocket and was always clean and felt safe. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
Friendly staff, clean units, and climate control works amazing(nice cool off from the Texas heat going in and out)We did a long distance move with a semi truck delivery, it is possible for a semi to fit but they should be a very skilled driver out the exit gate. Highly recommend this place!
