This rating is for the first day. I was charged for a smart lock that was not provided. When we arrived at the storage place there was no lock. So I went to the front office. I asked about buying a lock that was about $10. I wasted about 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have any. I had to drive to multiple locations before I found one, which ended up costing me twice as much money. After all that when we got back, we had to wait another 25 minutes on a truck to move.

My experience with the facility has excelled above any other so far. Easy account set up, actual people to assist in virtual office, seamless move-in and most reasonably priced in the area for quality. This facility is clean and well kept. Staff is very personable and accommodating. Units are easy accessible. They have large condition units too. Highly recommend BMI Storage for all your storage needs. We were extremely satisfied with our experience using them!
