If i could leave negative stars, I would. Working with Straightline was an absolute nightmare. They are extremely unresponsive (15+ phone calls never returned), they do not tell you everything upfront and they destroyed or damaged the majority of the items they moved. Things were broken during their 'white glove' packing and now I have to hold on to everything the broke or damaged.
Melissa, I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I understand how stressful and disappointing this situation must be.
Do NOT use this company. I made the mistake of using them to pack and move my things from Naperville, IL to Canada. They "lost" over $2000 worth of my household goods and denied my claim. My daughter and son are devastated that their things that had more of sentimental value are just gone. No one has been held accountable and the company just doesn't care. If you value your belongings and expect them to be packed and moved with care AND most importantly arrive at your new location do NOT use this company!
Vicki, I’m truly sorry for the loss and distress this move caused you and your family. I understand how upsetting this must be, and this is not the experience we ever want for our clients. Moving to another country does pose its own challenges and can be complicated for Customs and Border agents.

Everything about my experience with Straightline Moving was excellent. The estimator was very professional, helpful, and responsive, even working with me on ways I could save on moving costs. Straightline gave me the best price by far. The movers themselves were also very professional, patient, careful, and hardworking. I was even able to request that the same movers be the ones to deliver and unload my things out of state. I will hire Straightline Moving again and highly recommend their services.

The guys at Straightline helped me move twice, in the Fall of 2019, and again, when I bought a house in July of 2020. They were professional, friendly, efficient, prompt, and worked carefully, and quickly, to move my furniture and belongings with no problems. We used both the packing and moving services of Straightline Moving. Both teams performed exceptionally. Both Haley and Paula helped complete the packing the day before the move. They were efficient, careful with fragile objects, and friendly. The moving team of Christian, Chase and Tye were equally professional and efficient. Amazingly, they worked without a break and after 7 hours, still had a fresh positive attitude and were very careful navigating the stairs with a 180 degree turn.
