So I booked a 3 man crew for basically a two room house move..Mind you I was quoted by multiple movers a three bedroom move flat $1000.. I moved three years ago by a three man crew total bill just over $800 and was able to tip well..I understand inflation..now I booked this company for a 3 man crew as stated for a 9a move..I was called by the company to push back the moving time to 3p which I agreed upon for a 10% discount..they arrived an hour and a half late with a 2 man crew..one of their employees had quit on…

We booked 3 men one truck for 2 hours plus travel time. The morning of the move I received a call saying there would only be 2 men. 2men at 150 an hour instead of 3 for 150 an hour. It took 2 men 3 hours so we had to pay an extra hour than we booked due to thier error. I believe there was never going to be 3 men,it is a ploy to book you. As usual we were charged a couple of hundred dollars. 1 star for the company and 5 for the 2 movers that did a great job!!
Really should teach your driver of a big box truck with your logo on it to drive, you don't pull out in front of a car going 45 and have them and multiple cars slam on brakes and swerve around to not cause accident, was on Southern Ave heading East at around 545pm on 4-2-26 headed to Higley Rd, didn't get the plate due to not running into the back of him or having another car hit my rear, thanks again!

If I could give this company a zero I would! Don't be fooled by the reviews. The overcharged, would not provide me with a written receipt for charges of hours, traveling time, etc. Excessive charges and they do not get back to you. Don't use them.

From the very first call, their communication was top-notch—prompt, friendly, and super clear about everything. The crew showed up right on time, worked incredibly hard, and handled every single item with care and respect. They were efficient, professional, and even helped me figure out the best way to load a couple of tricky pieces.

Zach and Jody were fast, very friendly, and thorough. I really loved their personalities, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3, however, moving expertise could've been better. I had a couple of rickety pieces, one being a family heirloom. Zach decided to just break it in two without explanation. I knew it needed refurbishing but it was still in tact. And when they brought it to the new home, they didn't put it back together. It has nails sticking out from it.
I recently had the pleasure of using this company for my recent move, and I couldn't be more thrilled with their services. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with kindness and professionalism that truly set them apart. Not only did they provide a seamless and stress-free moving experience, but their ethical approach to their work was evident throughout the entire process.
