Could not give them a less rating. They helped us downsize. They took our item to auction, claimed they got nothing for then then donated them. I think they basically stole them.

I was young who call the company today and the lady front desk told me that I couldn’t talk to Jay Dorothy and I feel that is bad business phone when somebody referred somebody to another person in your company that you I can’t talk to her so she stopped me all the way around him that is not good.

Move/packing went well be one person wasn't wearing their mask, another not wearing properly and then we find out one tested positive for covid

In their own words
I first used Stress Free Solutions when they were recommended by the assisted living facility I was moving my Dad into. It was so easy to have one company take away all the extra stuff and also move the few items he was taking with him to a two room living space. So convenient! A year later, I am selling a home and moved into an apartment while the selling took place, and until I am able to build or buy a new house. I contacted Stree Free Solutions again to help.
My experience with the folks at Stress Free was outstanding from beginning to end! Everyone made a very emotional and stressful move for me much easier than I anticipated it would be. The time that Donna and I spent together going through all of my clothes, household goods, memorabilia, etc. actually turned out to be fun because she kept me on track. Donna was on time every day, had plenty of boxes, packing paper, and tape.
We could not have been more impressed with Stress Free Solutions. They aren't the least expensive movers around but this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". Stress Free Solutions recently helped us move a family member into Assisted Living. It was an emotional time for the family member and for our family as a whole and it really helped to have movers that were sensitive to the this.
Can’t say enough great things about all the staff at Stress Free Solutions! The initial “clearing out” went so very well and quickly, and the crew drove away with a stuffed truck. Then, neighbors who wanted some leftover furniture couldn’t figure out how to move it, so yet again Stress Free came through at a reasonable rate and all was moved in an hour. Special thanks to Stephanie for coordinating all the ins and outs. If you’re planning on moving, no matter what your age, call Stress Free Solutions.
