I would give them 0 stars but that’s not an option.. Used them about 2 years ago no complaints , so I decided to call them for my move earlier this month. Bad experience and I wish I would have used another company! Movers broke my bed and tried to blame it on the previous movers ( until they found out it was the same company) then they blamed me.
Horrible!!! Had them scheduled to do a move and confirmed price and time. Day of move they completely ignored me and all my calls and texts. NO SHOW!!!!!!! Completely ghosted me after begging to do this job!! Do Not GO With Them!!! Had to schedule another mover two days later as everyone else was booked! This has completely messed up my entire time line for everything. No decency or accountability. This entire experience has now took more time money and stress!!!!!
We have hired Strong Bros Moving twice. Unbeknownst to me, both times, THE MOVE WAS OUTSOURCED TO ANOTHER CHEAPER COMPANY. (You pay for the more expensive company, they hire cheaper movers and pocket the extra... Which I had no idea of when we booked with them. I do think the customer should be informed of this.) It appears Yelp has the more honest reviews. Google seemed to have screened the negative ones. The first time I hired them for my parents, they were fantastic.
I booked Moving Brothers through the U-Haul website to help move my belongings from a storage unit to my new home. I paid in advance for two movers for four hours on a Sunday morning. When I made the booking, I accidentally entered an incorrect phone number. That was my mistake. However, my email address was correct, and when I hadn't heard anything by midday the day before the move, I reached out to them myself. They replied that they had been unable to contact me because of the incorrect phone number.
Hello sorry to hear about your experience. You have us confused with a different company. We are NOT Moving Brothers, or associated with them in any way, nor are we listed on U-haul's website. We are Strong Bros Moving. We have not had the pleasure of doing business with you, please remove.
do not use this service unless you want your stuff damaged i hired them to load a 28 ft trailer for long distance move. i was so busy running from room to room making sure they got everything i didnt really watch the loading when i did they had destroyed a wire rack with wheels they tried to load it up with stuff on the shelves . i though they new how to pack a truck........

The crew was professional and worked efficiently from start to finish. There were three guys who stayed focused all day and even made two trips to get everything moved. They carefully wrapped all the furniture, boxed items as needed, and disassembled a treadmill, a sauna, and several other tricky pieces. They even took the gate off for us. It was clear they know exactly how to handle challenging moves. The team was also very careful with our belongings, and the price was fair and as quoted.
One word AMAZING. These gentlemen were very up front and professional feom beginning to end. They arrived on time and work quickly and efficient. Nothing was damaged or broken. My home while moving was handled with care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I recommend strong bros for any move. Thank you for making my move seemless.

I highly recommend STRONG BROS MOVING. 5 stars! I have used other moving services before, but this company really impressed me. Their quote was very reasonable and based on the actual amount of items and moving needs, especially for a small household or a single person whose move can be handled with one pickup truck. They are also very transparent, with no hidden fees. Most importantly, they are very professional and gentlemanly.
