Unbelievable experience - and not the good kind. Owner argumentative about literally everything. Rude and openly nasty to his assistant. They ended up fighting for 45 minutes outside the house. Completely unprofessional in every way. "30 years experience" is a joke. When you go to pay - through Zelle or cash only (naturally) - it's a different LLC name. We ended up spending 4 HOURS undoing and redoing what they did, fitting 4x as much as they did in the Pod. They were careless and rough with our belongings.

I used their service today to unload my belongings from a U-Haul box for a one-bedroom move. At first, I was surprised that only one mover arrived, but Matthew did an amazing job! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and made everything look so easy. Communication was also great—he was easy to reach and responded quickly. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled mover.

We usually diy our moves but my wife is pregnant and our new apartment is on the 2nd floor. The movers that we originally hired had to cancel the day before our move. Matt Harrison was willing to take the job. Matt and his partner were quick, efficient and hard working. Both of them were really thoughtful and polite the whole time. We would definitely hire Too Good Movers again!
