I wish I could leave zero stars, because they don't even deserve one. We've never used a moving company and the salesmen sounded trusting and was very attentive BEFORE I signed the contract. After a multitude of problems, I still have not heard back from anyone at their company (even though I have his personal cell phone number). I told them explicitly that my daughter had an 8 foot mirror, it was written in the contract and also a glass curio cabinet.

United Moving started out as a good company. Justin told me his people would take good care of my possessions. They did not live up to his promise. They were a day late for pickup and I was told that I would get a $200 credit because the delay wasn't my fault. They later denied saying that. I had to store my things because my new home wasn't ready. They moved everything to a different warehouse and somewhere along the way they lost things and broke things.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. Sales manager Izaiah sent me 5 photos of their company trucks, not real. A different moving company with a completely different dispatch team arrived on moving day. The 30 days I spent coordinating my out of state move resulted in a complete waste of efforts, time and money. Due to the limited space on the truck, I was forced to leave over $3,000 worth of furniture and paid an extra $2,000 on top of my original quote.

I’m a little late posting this review. Last summer I moved from Colorado to Kentucky. The rep (Jon) from United moving and storage was very helpful for about 4 months. I was satisfied with the price. I did ask specifically if the company was a broker or the actual movers. He assured me that the truck that would show up was theirs. Well about a week before the move I get a call from another agent. He upped the price and took an additional deposit. Now I’ve paid them about $3700. Day of the move. The truck shows up.
I Hope you are reading this before you engage to do business with United Moving and Storage located in Las Vegas Nevada, located on Quail Avenue. My wife and I experienced a costly mistake by contracting with them to move us from California to New Mexico. They were liars and scam artists. You start with one representative who seems nice and helpful. Then when you get closer to the move date things begin to change. When I called back to confirm our move the person, I spoke with was no longer available.

******BEWARE******** FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD If I could give this company negative stars I would! I received an in person quote signed and paid the deposit and when the day of delivery arrived a new company arrived and claimed I was quoted incorrectly and they needed to correct the quote because the sales person didn’t know what they were doing when quoting, although he saw EVERYTHING!

Very outraged! Was quoted 2400, then 4000 and by the time the driver showed it reached 10,000. Driver was very late said their would be 2 packing only one. Never was I told my 2 payment were deposits but towards the bill. They ripped me off of 1600.00 dollars for doing nothing! Bad business for sure

My wife’s brand new exclusive Vapor Max’s were stolen ($200) missing a furniture piece && to top it off they showed up unexpected without giving us a proper eta during The Thanksgiving holiday. It has been over a year and not leaving a review for the public would be an injustice. Tread lightly.
