Id leave a negative rating if I could. Terrible experience, movers were late, and didnt seem to care they were moving valueavle items. I watched as they dropped multiple pieces of furntire in my driveway because they couldn't handle it. We had a L-shaped desk that was broken and three entertainment stands that were broken. I have countless items that are missing and were not "ticketed" that the company will not acknowledge. Guess im out my air compressor now.
Unprofessional team. I had a terrible experience with this company. Especially with Randy, the estimator that was assigned to me. I scheduled a videocall to estimate the moving costs with them, and two hours before the scheduled time, Randy called me to cancel and reschedule because "he was busy with other stuff". We rescheduled the videocall for the following day, and when I join the call, he does not join.

Would never hire them again! ( or United Van Lines, who they are a part of) Moved us 1600 miles and most of my furniture was gouged or scratched. So sad! Some very meaningful items will never be the same. Yet everything I packed arrived intact. I found them hurried, careless and disrespectful. We also had to wait 5 extra days for our furniture that sat in a truck 30 miles away, while they got a crew together to deliver, once they got to our new area.
Hi Cyndee, it's regrettable you had a negative experience with your move. Moving is a very stressful experience even under the best of circumstances, and is so personal. We don't take our customers trusting us with their home and items lightly.
I don't really know what happened- but I never received my quote. The admin kept forwarding my emails to the person who did the walk through and they never sent a quote- and I sent 3 emails following up over 6 weeks. Alas, I hired a different company. It is disappointing as I had read so many great reviews.

Movers were good, but the salesman Randy terribly underestimated the size of truck so I was forced to have a friend with a trailer, go back and forth to help and several items were still left in the old house. If you want to be sure all of your items get moved, look at a different company.

Doug and his crew were absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, going the extra mile, proactive , clean, tidy and cleaned up afterwards, we have used movers several times for packing moving and shipping and these guys were outstanding and by far so much better than others.
