Edit: your facts are completely wrong. The boxes were not 70lbs.. nobody has ever said they were 70lbs.. You also never called back. Your employees were asking for a trash bin (probably to haul things out), dishes, weights and other random items. Very akward. Your employees also admitted in text to (ironically) “accidentally” leaving the green boxes behind, magically THE ONLY ITEMS LEFT BEHIND but had one missing and two hidden in the house. The detectives that are on the case have been more than helpful.
At this point, we feel it is important to address the facts surrounding these accusations. Immediately after these claims were made, we fully cooperated with law enforcement and investigators.
Extraordinarily disappointing moving experience. I'm LIVID. I paid this moving company to help my 80 year old grandparents move out. Despite the fact that I had a scheduled estimate where the moving company did an IN PERSON walk through of my grandparents apartment, Sunshine Movers did not send an appropriately sized truck for a pack and move. My grandparents had to beg a friend to move their couch because there wasn't enough space. Furthermore, they are missing $200 that was clearly taken by the movers.

I was very disappointed with the service or lack there of. Many things were left behind like my silverware and the house was left with trash all over the floor of the master bedroom. That bedroom was my mother’s who recently passed away unexpectedly in January, seeing the room empty was heartbreaking but then to see trash left everywhere it just seems disrespectful. Also when I called the first thing I asked about was if the can move sleep number beds and they said “oh yeah we do that every day”.
Beware when looking for a moving company. We recently moved with Sunshine movers and the experience was deplorable. They didn't protect any of our flooring that day even though they were asked to do so repeatedly. They also sent three gentlemen to move us and one wasn't working that day very much and has since been terminated. This caused our move to take much longer than estimated. We weren't happy with this experience and the company wasn't willing to offer any revenue efficiencies as a stand up company.

Not sure about the 5-star average here after they tried to rip off my 75 year old mother and the next quote we got was over 35% less for the exact same services… I wonder about the authenticity of the rating. Just a reminder to shop around on quotes!

Friendly, hard-working guys! They were punctual, efficient, confident, and careful. We had Damion and Noel come by to load everything from our 3-bedroom apartment into a uhaul for an out-of-state move. I had always moved myself in the past, and was a little nervous about hiring movers because I have a lot of stuff, so packing a moving van really requires organization and thinking ahead.
