In their own words
Superior moving did not show up to move furniture for me from a family member’s house to my house. I was told they were going to show up around 9:45 in the morning. After a hour passed with no arrival from Superior, I called the office number again. I got a text saying they were delayed and will be at the home in 20 mins. They did not show up. I called several times after that, the office phone went straight to voicemail. The company did not show up to do the pre arranged move.
Had an appointment with them and told them that I only needed a bed moved and they never showed.I told the man my client wanted the bed gone and if they couldnt do it to let me know. Instead I had a text with a number for another moving company. Smh They were very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend!!!

I wish I'd read the reviews. I asked for confirmation yesterday, no response. They were supposed to be here today at 11. 3 calls, 3 texts and no response. Beware of this company. What a joke. What kind of movers leave people stranded …
Didn't show up! Made attempts to contact them by phone and the voicemail mailbox was full! Texted them to ask are they are coming, then they called almost two hours later wanting to reschedule for later! I had to get another company. I do not recommend!

Marcus and his team were wonderful throughout the entire moving process. I moved my personal household from Flint to Clinton Township in February. Marcus was very fast to respond to all of my questions leading up to the move date. He and his team arrived on time, were very careful with my household items, and were fast and friendly.They also moved my boyfriends stuff on the same day as well and were very flexible to make the whole process run smooth! Great service. Cannot reccomend this team enough.

Marcus and his crew did an excellent job prepping our home for carpet replacement and then putting it back together. Professional, courteous, responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We purchased new carpet for our bedroom from Skaff this Spring, and are extremely pleased. It's beautiful! Marcus Rohner and Superior Moving Services carefully and quickly removed the large pieces of furniture from the room before the carpet layers arrived on the scene, and promptly returned after the job was completed to replace the furniture and set up our king-sized bed. Kudos to Skaff for sending them our way.
Was recommended by Skaff Carpeting to have them move some office furniture and a bed out of a room for carpet install. Was told they would be here at 3pm. Around 3:30pm I called and Marcus stated they were delayed and he would be here by 5:30pm. As of 6:40pm they have not arrived and they are not answering their phone. UPDATE: 7:21pm and I get a text message saying they will be here in 14 minutes. I am not upset about a delay, but I am unhappy about the lack of communication.
