When I started renting, it was $181 per month. After about three months, the price suddenly increased to $230 per month. When I realized that it had been a few months since the price increase, I thought it was very rude.And lacks integrity。

I was happy with Superior Storage until I unpacked my boxes in storage and found significant mouse damage to a number of boxes. Some damage was to cardboard boxes, but some was to plastic bins. I did not have food in the storage unit and all clothing was in plastic bins. I was pretty disappointed to discover this. I let Superior Storage know and they were courteous, but did not offer to compensate me in any way.

I went here because it was a convenient location & the price was reasonable, however, the customer service was not what I was expecting. The first girl I spoke to when I wanted the place was nice, however, I was told that I should pay with cash to avoid a fee & so I was going to come back the following week & had asked for the coupon back for the free month but the person told me that they would keep everything together. Things came up and I couldn't get back there for two weeks.

I am downsizing and was researching Storage facilities in the Madison and beyond areas. I visited approximately 20 different storage businesses, and considered price, cleanliness and maintenance, accessibility, secure facilities for belongings and availability. Superior Storage on Commerce Drive in Madison was a PERFECT place to store my things for a year after moving back to the area during Covid. Jerry was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and responsive in getting me setup and throughout my entire lease. The convenient location right off the Beltline also made it easy to stop by if I needed to pick anything up or store various items throughout the year like skis/golf clubs, etc. And I've found the pricing to be some of the best in the MSN area.

I came in unannounced and under a time crunch, and the Office Manager Gerry was excellent. He clearly explained their services, pricing, and the process. Readers may not know this location is affiliated with a document storage and shredding service, which I needed for about a dozen banker's boxes of old documents. Gerry helped make this happen quickly and efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you, great service, will definitely be back!
