I waited a few months before writing this review. TeamWorx helped me move from Issaquah to a new place in Thurston County. Jordan came to my place and looked at what I had to move. I told him that I would like to move everything in one day *if* that was possible. I *never* said that I would have everything packed up. Jordan said that he could do it. We had some email exchanges, and I have in writing that he was to provide 4 people, including himself, to finish packing and move everything.

Dishonest Pricing and Overcharging by This Moving Company I had a highly disappointing experience with this moving company due to dishonest pricing and what felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge me. I initially arranged a local move within a 15-mile radius. I spoke directly with the owner, Jordan, Gillespie, who quoted me $160 per hour with a three-hour minimum, plus a $240 driving fee.
I would like to point out to future clients to check out Jae Lims other reviews on his google page. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you left the move feeling dissatisfied, though I’d like to address several key points and clarify where your review misrepresents our service.
Do not use this company. On moving day, their crew simply didn't show up, so I was left with one mover. I spent two hours scrambling to find a last-minute replacement, which ended up costing me twice what I originally budgeted. Moving is already stressful enough without your hired company leaving you stranded on the day.

This company does not deserve to be in business. This was the shoddiest moving job I've ever had. They charged me three times more than the worked. They showed ineptitude and an unwillingness to complete the job because the owner is allergic to cats and didn't think to wear a mask. He also said he didn't want to dirty is brand-new box truck even though my boxes were not soiled. I'm crippled and said I needed help with final packing. I was told, "Don't worry. We'll take good care of you." What a lie!!!!
Subject: Apology and Clarification. Dear Miss Culley, I extend my sincere apologies for any dissatisfaction you've experienced with our moving services. We made every effort to accommodate your needs, including offering additional assistance and flexibility in payment, contrary to our policy.
We hired this company to pack and load a POD for our move to NY. Pros: - Very efficient with loading the POD. I had underestimated how much we had, but they managed to fit everything in. - Omar was especially great. When they missed loading my office chair, he made sure to find space for it and got it in. - They added a 5th crew member at no extra charge for a few hours in the morning to speed things up. Cons: Almost every high-value item got damaged.

Can't say enough about Jordan and his team. These guys showed up ready and didn't quit until the job was done. We had a LOT of stuff and while we knew we had a few odds and ends, there was actually a lot more unpacked odds & ends - and they helped us get loaded up as quickly as possible. These guys have a great attitude, a tremendous work ethic and quoted a great rate. I've hired lots of movers in the past and they were the best.👌 Nothing broke; super happy customers.
One of the best decisions we ever made! From the moment we reached out for a quote, Jordan’s communication was prompt, clear, and comprehensive. On the day of the move, they arrived right on schedule, instantly putting our minds at ease. They were courteous, professional, and very respectful of our belongings. They handled each item with care, ensuring everything was securely packed and loaded onto the truck. What impressed us the most was their efficiency.
We recently updated bathrooms and one of them was extensive creating lots of rubble from the demolition phase. I had ordered a new vanity from Home Depot weighting 264 pounds that was delivered to our driveway by a freight service. I contacted Jordan at Teamworx about moving the new vanity into the freshly painted and refloored bathroom and hauling away the rubble.
