I had a team of movers and when their team leader came to me we discussed everything and I told him to start in the rooms so the main stuff would be in the back, he started in the living room in short everything in my storage unit was mixed up. Quarter way into the move he starts badgering me about Gratuity and of course I was going to tip them and I told him that I was he CONTINUALLY kept telling me about the tip throughout the ENTIRE move.

THEY SCRATCHED MY COUCH ALL OVER and my couch went into storage because we were looking for a new place so we couldnt examine everything THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT A COVER ON AND NEVER DID. I reached out through email to Teddys about a reckless driver. I have given them 2 weeks to respond with nothing in return. Their driver blew 2 stop signs in a 25 mph neighborhood. One was almost causing an accident had the oncoming driver not stopped in time. As I attempted to drive up to the truck I was going 35 without being able to catch up to the truck, therfore the driver was going over that in a neighborhood with walkers, kids, and dogs going down the street.

I booked Teddy Moving for a move from NYC to Portland, Maine. This was my first time needing movers so I had a lot of anxiety about the move, and reached out to a LOT of companies to get some insight on the process. Teddy Moving impressed me right away with their attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to ease the anxieties I had about the move. Momo was my point of contact and carefully walked me through every step of the process and helped brainstorm the best way to get my items moved up to Maine.
Teddy is by far the best moving company in NYC. They arrived right on time for the move and had my entire apartment boxed up and ready to go in under two hours. They wrapped things extremely carefully and were great with all items. They have moving down to a science and are so efficient at it. The team of men who moved me, were the nicest people. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience.

Teddy Moving was the best moving experience I could’ve asked for. They showed up on time, and moved me out of my 1Bed apartment within an hour and a half. That includes wrapping up my delicate personal belongings such as my plants. They even assisted with unscrewing my stubborn TV mount that I struggled to do on my own. Talk about peace of mind!
