SAID "WELL I GUESS YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER MOVING SERVICE" AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER CALLING TO SEE WHAT THE 3 HOUR DELAY WAS. Based on my own personal experience with this company I would recommend that you STAY AWAY. I scheduled a move for Sunday 03/19/2017 at 1pm. I hadn't heard anything by 1 so I called and asked what the delay ways and she said she would get back to me. 2 hours later still nothing and I called again. Her excuse was that they still weren't done with the 9am job which just shows poor scheduling.
Stay away!!!!!!!!! VERY unprofessional! I scheduled for a certain Time and day and when they were late I called and got told they would not be able to make it until the NEXT DAY!! Say what!??!! I was never notified that they would not be able to make it the day that I had scheduled for until “I” called to check on why they were late! The lady was careless and very unprofessional...... NEVER again!
They were Late and I cancelled, they didn't call to tell me they were behind. I always heard kids in the background when I talked to the office Lady... Unprofessional!!!! Do not recommend ...
Called then about 15 times and they never returned my call once! Found another company who responded promptly and came and moved.

Used Tennessee Moving Service today to move a few things in my office downtown. I usually use a different mover but they were already booked. So i thought i'd give this moving company a try. I want to say they did an amazing job!! I would recommend them to everyone moving and needing some strong big guys. They were so fast and efficient and very professional yet down to earth and super friendly! Nice work guys!! I'll be calling on you again to move my heavy office furniture. They also have a great price!
