In their own words
I cannot recommend Teton Movers based on our experience. I am a military brat and also served in the military, so I have moved many times throughout my life. This was, by far, the worst move I have experienced. We provided multiple video walkthroughs before the move, but when the driver finally arrived, we were told they only had one video and that some rooms/items were not accounted for.
Disappointed to say the least. The final price turned out to be way over the initial quote even though I had sent photos of everything to them before hand. Not only that, they scratched my newly painted wall and when I asked them to fix it they claimed it wasn’t them. No one else had been in the home. Horrible experience
Not happy with the work they performed. Me and my wife had a simple town move and the crew we had was very unexperienced. I would caution against using them.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
From the first time we met Peter and received a quote on our move from Jackson, WY to both Arizona and California, every meeting was on-time and detailed on what to expect. We got a very fair price, a specific plan on both pick up and delivery and a surprisingly accurate description of the amount of time that would be required on each end.
Thank you for taking the time to write this beautiful review Jay. You and Dale were delightful to work with and everybody on the team was happy to participate in getting your items handled carefully and transporting them to Arizona and California.
They were able to schedule me very promptly to move some bulky items during a move. They had mattress bags available to ensure that my mattress stayed clean during the move, and they were able to save me a lot of trouble by taking an old couch and some chairs to the dump for me after they dropped the rest of my items at my destination. Friendly service from Peter when he answered the phone, and from the staff when they came to pick up my items.
Thank you, Adam!
I’m one of those difficult people that actually expects contractors to show up on time, do a good job for a reasonable price, while communicating openly and often. 99% of the time in Jackson, I’ve been deeply disappointed. I am delighted to say, that Peter and Teton Movers are in the 1%! I started looking for movers for my out-of-state move with the national carriers.
Thank you, Jeff!
My experience with Peter and Teton Movers was truly exceptional. Sadly, I've become used to people not showing up when they're supposed to, or even at all, so I was probably Peter's biggest nightmare when leading up to my scheduled move. I texted several times to confirm and sent photos so there was no confusion about the scope of the job. Peter was kind and patient and very responsive. They showed up right on time the morning of my move and handled everything with such care.
Thank you, Mary!
