For your own sake please do not use them. I wish I could rate them lower but I can't. They damaged my stuff so badly while it was in storage and then totally ripped me off even though I bought the top of the line insurance. I was left with so much useless and broken junk. Use anyone else but them. Please.

We got our stuff a few days ago & a TON of our stuff was missing. I don’t recommend this company! Tons of our shoes, hardware, mop, etc was gone! So glad we didn’t leave any of our precious items with them!!!!!
Lauren, We are often confused with another moving company with a similar name. Could you have us confused with them? We are a Mayflower agent. As you can see from our high ratings, this does not sound like our normal standards. I would like to discuss this with you.
I had a very harrowing experience with Arrow Moving and Storage while planning a move from Colorado to California. Sunny, who is a senior consultant at this company had given me a two day (16th and 17th Feb 2018 ) window according to which I booked my flight for the 18th, then rescheduled on 16th evening for a later date leaving me with no option and putting me in a very stressful situation. They also have a complicated refund process.

I had arrow unpack and settle my items in my home after we PCS'd. Maybe 2 weeks into adjusting into our new place, our bed cracked at the bottom where the bolts we're supposed to be holding in the wood together. When we checked on our bed, we noticed that the movers did not fasten and bolt the bed frame correctly. They left the screws in without the bolts! I'm not sure if they forgot but, there goes our bed frame. The individuals were all nice and respectful though. #arrowmovedme

I needed a quick move from a storage unit to my house. I called Arrow Moving and David met me the next morning at the unit to give me a quote. By 11 am he sent me a quote and said he would have a team out the next morning. Well next morning at 8:30 am Christen and Zay showed up at the storage unit. They were very quick and friendly. The best moving team I have had in the 20 some moves I have made. I would certainly want these men to move me again.
The moving team was on time and professional. Bobby D, Terry B and Scott B all worked well together and had a good attitude while packing. Bobby D has courteous and asked me questions so it wouldn't feel so weird having three strangers in my house. Overall great experience. Everything arrived unbroken and just like they packed it.

5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. From getting a quote with Dave, to our move coordinator Barb, and last but certainly not least our driver Aaron! They were so great to work with. Aarons team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!!! Charles, Chicken, Mike! Amazing!!! My family of four can not thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if the time comes that we move again Arrow Moving & Storage will be our first call!
