Was a great place until California based corporation bought it. Watch out for hidden fees and mandatory charges they dont tell you about until you move out.
Promised an update...stay away. Not the same company. New company out of California. Just got off the phone with a worker and even she didnt seem to like the new owners. Anyway I'd find another option... Cannot reccomend at this time... Loved Superior Storage. Thus far less than thrilled with the sell out to storage star. New website is awful. I had my storage on auto pay and somehow after the changeover it didnt pay. Called to talk to someone...of course now i have to leave messages. Never had to before...
Went to rent a storage 30 days out, paid deposit. Received call saying they were wrong to accept because it was to far out and cancel the contract and return the deposit. Ten days later no deposit return. Called and told would check and call me right back. Two days later no call. I have had to go to my bank and submit a reversal of charges. Still no response.
Al, we apologize for not providing you with an excellent experience. At Storage Star, we have very high expectations and would love to discuss this situation further. If you could please call us at ([phone removed], we'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
I have been here for over a year. They were great until this new company took over. Not every few months they raise the rent. I'm going to switch storage companies. They worth the price at first because of the location. Now it seems the company has become increasingly GREEDY. I do NOT recommend. Uhaul is much cheaper
Rate have gone way to high just went up again without any notification. Will definitely be getting my stuff out this week. Have had enough.$185 for a 10x20 but renting to new people for 169. Way to take care of people who been there for years!!

Update, they just texted me December 24th at 2:35 an.m. about trying to get me to rent a storage unit for 1/2off !!!!!!! Are you kidding me??!!!…… So… we rented a storage space for a couple weeks when we were moving this …
