In their own words
Our experience was very mixed. The customer service on the front end (scheduling, planning) and at the back end(responding to problems with the move) were actually very good. Those people were responsive and professional. Unfortunately the move itself turned into a nightmare. 3 individuals (the main guy and 2 helpers ) moved us out. One of the helpers spent a ridiculous amount of time using the bathroom (the other helper even remarked on this). That individual was responsible for disassembling 3 beds.

This place is a total bummer. My appointment was at 8:00. I arrived at 7:05. Some guy yelled at me and told me to come back at 8:00. He asked me to check the seal and give him a bolt, but he said he didn't have one and I needed to bring my own. Rude attitude.
Probably the worst moving experience of my life (and I've moved a lot!). Ben from sales was nice, but as others have said once they had our money the tone changed. It took multiple follow-ups to get answers to questions. Lots of promises to make things right, but zero follow through with actually doing so. Customer service from United itself was cable-company bad. Worst of all, our shipment was delivered a week+ late.
My experience was similar to other reviewers: Ben gave us an amazing sales experience, and that’s where it ended. Ben did two in-person walk-throughs, but the packers arrived entirely unprepared for the size of our pack. I overheard one on the phone with what sounded like her supervisor as she berated our home. The next day, when I brought lunch back for the loading crew, the lead berated me because the restaurant messed up the order and there was no savory option for one of his team members with dietary…
Horrible experience- app was never updated with moving details, staff was unavailable through out the process, items were packed and repacked over 5 times during a week long move, Significant damage to furniture, 11 boxes and rug were never found.

Our experience with Armstrong Relocation was exceptional from start to finish. From our initial Zoom meeting with Ben through final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The packing crew completed our entire home in just one day (ahead of schedule), and the loading crew managed to get everything onboard in a single day as well. Four days later, they delivered to our new home in Rhode Island and carefully placed all items exactly where we requested.

I have moved out of state several times and this by far was the best experience I have had. The entire process from the initial quote, pick up, to delivery was so smooth. Ben (relocation specialist) and Anita (move coordinator) were so responsive and it was really great to have a point person to ask questions rather than some generic phone number. The actual moving teams were also really great. Super nice and wonderful to work with on the pick up/drop off days. I can't recommend Armstrong enough.
