BEWARE! Honey Movers assured us they could meet the insurance requirements of our building and pushed aggressively for a deposit and $35 Certificate of Insurance fee in order to secure our moving date. Come to find out just days before our move that they CANNOT meet the insurance requirements, forcing us to rebook movers and push our moving date out. They refunded our deposit but REFUSED to return the COI fee even though they could not provide an acceptable certificate.

Adam and Honey Movers was hands down the best moving experience I’ve had! We were moving between states during a stressful time and he made the move a breeze. He contacted me in advance, asked questions and set clear expectations. On moving day he was prompt, speedy and very professional. He and his team asked questions to make sure we were aligned on items that were getting wrapped or disassembled.
Absolutely a wonderful experience working with them! We had a small miscommunication about timing, which made us a bit nervous about the elevator reservations. But the crew was extremely efficient and able to pull it off. Communication via email was very responsive throughout the process. The pricing was fair and transparent. We contacted about five other moving companies before making our decision, and we’re very glad we chose Honey. Highly recommend!
Prices are amazing. Adam and his crew of 4 others were 99% great. I had a lot of heavy boxes due to books and a lot of other "stuff." This was a big job that used a 26-foot truck and a 15-foot truck I rented. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I tipped very well. I had plastic wrap and they also brought wrappnig equipmement and blankets. So why the 4 stars only? 1. I had 3 glass shelves that were bubble wrapped and marked fragile, and two came back with a piece broken off. (I will share pics soon.) 2.
I’ve used The HoneyMovers for multiple moves now (4+ times!) and they never disappoint. From start to finish, the team is professional, reliable, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. I always feel confident that everything—from fragile items to heavy furniture—is in great hands. Adam and Ella are amazing to work with. They’re organized, thorough, and make every step of the move feel stress-free. Their clear communication and attention to detail take so much of the stress out of moving.
