In their own words
Hired Move Caddies for our move Sept 14th 2022. They could not get our basement couch out of our basement via the door/stairs. Messed up the walls (deep scratches, punctures) and the couch itself. They did provide a credit, which I was fine with. However, they removed the washer (and dryer) in the basement of the house we were moving to and the water was left on at a small leak. This leak was not noticed until 48 hours later and flooded an entire room of the basement, created water damage on a dividing wall, etc.
Not impressed for what we paid. Hired these guys to move my sister out of her 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. We asked that they box up the kitchen (we had already cleared out the bathrooms), clothes, furniture and plants into two small U-Haul trailers we rented. Not only were they taking much longer than expected that my family had to pitch in start moving clothes into our personal vehicles to make the job go faster, here are some major cons we experienced.

We were given this company by a friend and completed our move a while back. We were very hopeful they would be a solid company for our move. When I spoke to them on the phone the original move was set and we discussed drive time in it as well. Unfortunately when the bill came up the drive time we discussed over the phone was different than what they charged me for, to a substantial amount. We paid for the movers to supposedly sit in traffic on their way to us and they were over an hour late.
Unfortunately this business is not a good neighbor. They continue to park ON the frontage road during the construction on Trilby & College Ave prohibiting drivers to get through safely to all the businesses to the South that only have access by the frontage road. Very selfish of them, being inconsiderate to the customers, businesses and delivery trucks.
And yet there are approximately 5x rt hand pull ins off of it 287 throughout the entire business area anyone could choose to utilize. But honestly, let's be real. Would you rather your moving company worry about their park job or the absolute precision care of a client's products we bring to the…
Seemed like really great guys at first. Young guys starting up their own company. Enthusiatics about their work. But when it came to resolving a problem their inexperience and lack of professionalism greatly changed how I felt about them. If they get this part of company ownership figured out they'll have a great future in business.
LJ, DYLAN, CHEWBACCATV, MIKE, AND JOSH are friendly and are strong, however they broke our Murphy bed, dining room table and took apart the rolll top desk and didn't get it all put back together.
The worst moving company that we've ever used...!!! What should have taken up to 2 hours to complete, took them over 3 hours!!! Extremely slow as though they wanted the job to last...!!!

We recently had Chewbacca and Donald help us move a very heavy safe, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with the job. Moving a safe is no small task, but they handled it with skill and precision, making the whole process look easy. Dean Joey and T were excellent to work with. From the last minute scheduling to moving is. Dean was very communicative and accommodating to my lastinute schedule. Not to mention, the reasonable price for a last minute move. Joey and T were professional from beginning to end. They were extremely respectful and cautious with all my belongings. They didn't damage anything or any of my new walls. Excellent job guys! I would definitely recommend The Move Caddies to any of my friends or family that need them.

Taylor was AMAZINGGG. Our family moved to Colorado and needed movers at the last minute and the moving caddies came to our rescue. We have had a couple of different experiences previously with other moving companies and they don’t even come close to how amazing these guys are. Not only are they incredibly polite and professional they unloaded our huge U-Haul down stairs in no time at all.
